I was watching the presidential debate on tv. No candidate really stood out to me. Later on, I saw the same speech that one of the candidates gave on YouTube. The difference was that the speech was played with a digital piano in the background. This made a world of difference.
I felt indifferent toward the speech earlier. However, the moment I heard it with the beautiful sound of a piano, it was much more powerful. I wanted to rally behind that candidate with all my might. It was amazing to feel this passion come from nowhere just because of a piano. It literally sparked something from within me.
It’s not just the piano either. All instruments have this hidden power. In my case, it just happened to be a digital piano. However, music itself is just incredibly powerful. I am unsure as to what exactly causes this feeling. What aspect about music causes this?
I don’t know the answers, but I do know that music is poweful. Pianos are powerful.
